Katherine is a junior majoring in Molecular & Cellular Neuroscience with a minor in Psychology at Texas A&M University. She joined the Pokam Lab in January 2025, eager to deepen her understanding of traumatic brain injury and its underlying cellular mechanisms. Passionate about neuroscience, she aims to apply this knowledge in graduate school, as she pursues a PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology, ultimately working with patients living with neurological impairments. When she’s not in the lab, you can find Katherine curating the perfect Spotify playlist, expanding her ever-growing collection of houseplants, or tackling the New York Times crossword.
