Ananya is an undergraduate researcher in the Pokam Lab at Texas A&M University. As a Public Health major highly interested in the field of medicine, she was accepted into the lab in May of 2024 hoping to gain more insight into neuroscience, traumatic brain injuries, and professional development through research. Her career aspirations include attending medical school and eventually becoming a surgeon, as her main interests lie in plastic surgery and spine/joint surgery. As Ananya continues to enhance her skills of data analysis and brain surgery, she is also eager to expand on her knowledge of brain injuries in the Pokam lab. In her free time, Ananya likes to explore new music, play badminton, edit videos, and write.
