Raafay Hemani is an undergraduate data scientist in the Pokam Lab and a junior at Texas A&M University, majoring in Computer Science. He joined the lab remotely, bringing a strong background in full-stack software development. In his role, Raafay contributes to building computational tools and data pipelines that support neuroscience research. Passionate about leveraging technology to solve scientific problems, he is working toward his goal of becoming a software engineer in the tech industry. Outside the lab, Raafay enjoys going for runs and spending time coding personal projects.
